After many field trips with forest rangers and beekeepers, Karuna Vietnam has identified several native forest flowers that Karubee bees often visit. Most of them are small, pale-colored blossoms that grow naturally in the wild and are free from chemical exposure.These include wild longan flowers, flowers from the tung family, wild tamarind, cheo, star anise, wild raspberries, blueberries, and chestnut blossoms. These plants are not genetically modified, bloom only in their natural season, and provide a stable source of nectar and pollen for bees to thrive.
Before each bee migration, Karuna teams conduct careful field surveys. We never move bees into the forest on impulse. If we choose the wrong season or the wrong location without suitable flowers, the bees may abandon the hive or starve.

Ong cần hoa để sốngNhưng không phải hoa nào cũng đủ an toàn để ong ghé lại.
Sau nhiều chuyến khảo sát cùng kiểm lâm và người giữ ong, Karuna Vietnam đã ghi nhận một số loài hoa rừng bản địa mà ong Karubee thường tìm đến. Đa phần là hoa nhỏ, màu trắng hoặc nhạt, mọc tự nhiên trong rừng và không chịu tác động từ hóa chất.Có thể kể đến hoa nhãn rừng, họ nhà hoa trẩu, hoa me rừng, hoa chẹo, hoa hồi, hoa mâm xôi rừng, hoa blueberries, hoa hạt dẻ… Đây là những loài cây không bị biến đổi giống, chỉ nở hoa vào đúng mùa, và trở thành nguồn phấn mật ổn định để ong duy trì sự sống.
Trước mỗi chuyến di đàn, đội ngũ Karuna đều đi khảo sát kỹ lưỡng. Không thể đưa ong vào rừng theo cảm tính. Nếu đến sai mùa hoặc chọn sai nơi, không có hoa phù hợp, ong sẽ bỏ đi hoặc chết đói. Còn nếu bạn không ở rừngChúng tôi tặng bạn hạt giống hoa cánh bướm. Đây là loài hoa dễ trồng, nhanh nở, giàu mật, thường thu hút ong và bướm. Chỉ cần một góc ban công, bậu cửa sổ hay sân thượng có nắng, bạn đã góp thêm một điểm dừng chân cho ong.
